Your request will be treated by DGF, Communication - Visits Service in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data (Official Journal L 8, 12.1.2001, p. 1). Personal data in your e-mail will be used by the Visits Service solely for the purpose of handling your request. For statistical purposes, your e-mail will remain in the service's archives for a maximum duration of five years, after which it will be destroyed.
