The European Union and the International Criminal Court - May 2010
At the occasion of the Review Conference of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Council of the European Union adopted conclusions, on 25 May to underline its commitment to the fight against impunity and to the ICC. The Review conference was the occasion to launch the new edition of this brochure to show States, civil society, the ICC and other stakeholders in international criminal justice how the EU’s commitment is translated into practice.
